Refund and cancellation policy

Cancellation of congress attendance and trade contributions

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. 

Plan2join (Pty) Ltd shall be entitled to levy a cancellation fee as indicated below:

  • Up until 90 days prior to the first day of the event: 10% of the registration fee and trade contributions
  • Between 89 and 30 days prior to the first day of the event: 50% of the registration fee and trade contributions
  • Within 30 days of the first day of the event: 100% of the registration fee and trade contributions

After proof of banking details of the relevant entity has been received, refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

    • Between 89 and 30 days prior to the first day of the event: 50% of the set-up and service fees
    • Within 30 days of the first day of the event: 100% of the set-up and service fees
